Dr. Pallavi Tyagi is an academic, researcher, and industry professional, specializing in Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, AI in Management, and Buddhist Ethics. With a Ph.D. in Buddhist Ethics and Business Management, she explores the intersection of traditional wisdom and modern corporate practices, particularly in ethical leadership and AI-driven decision-making. Her M.Phil. research focused on the revival of Buddhist education in the AI era, highlighting her interdisciplinary approach to education and management. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in HR & Marketing, a Master of Arts in English, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).

Currently serving as Assistant Professor, Placement Head & Ad. HoD at Centre for Management Development, Modinagar (Affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow), Dr. Tyagi plays a key role in curriculum development, student mentorship, industry-academic collaborations, and career development initiatives. 2. March 27–28, 2025 – Successfully completed a two-day online Faculty Development Program on “AI in Teaching & Research”, organized by Sasmira’s Business School.

3. March 24–25, 2025 – Presented a paper titled “Integrating Indigenous Knowledge in Corporate Sustainability and Ethical Practices” at the International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Navigating Global Challenges, organized by CSJM University, Kanpur in collaboration with the School of Economics, Astana International University, Kazakhstan (Hybrid Mode).
